CRCNA Careers
Thank you for your interest in career opportunities with the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA).
Who We Are
The Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA) includes just over one thousand congregations across the United States and Canada. About 75 percent of the churches are in the United States and 25 percent are in Canada. While we're a denomination with churches and ministries in two countries, we share in the blessings of ecclesial unity and joint ministry. Almost 230,000 people belong to the CRCNA, and by God’s grace, we can accomplish a lot when we work together.
The CRCNA denominational offices serve the local church, providing resources to pastors and congregations so that people are introduced to Jesus Christ and their faith is nurtured. Other agencies of the CRCNA include ReFrame Ministries, Resonate Global Mission , and World Renew.
CRCNA Diversity Statement
We at the CRC ministries in the US and Canada believe in the future when the denominational ministries, leadership, and staff will better reflect the full diversity of the body of Christ as stated in Acts 2:1-13 and Revelation 22:1-5.
We envision a kingdom community in which we learn from and live into kingdom diversity as the way of doing life together, a Christian family that transcends ethnic, cultural, racial, ability, gender, age, and class boundaries. We believe the principle of equity acknowledges that there are historically underserved and underrepresented populations and that fairness regarding these unbalanced conditions is needed to assist equality in the provision of effective opportunities to all groups.
